Curiosity has always been the driving force behind my journey into technology. Understanding how systems work, how they can be protected, and how attackers attempt to exploit them is what first sparked my interest in cybersecurity — and that curiosity hasn't slowed down.

My background combines formal cybersecurity study with hands-on practice: configuring networks in Cisco Packet Tracer, deploying and managing WordPress sites for real community organisations, and navigating both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments day-to-day.

I'm also a dependable leader and team player. Through years of customer-facing work, I've developed communication and problem-solving skills that translate directly into effective IT support — because good support is as much about people as it is about systems.

Currently studying for my CCNA and working toward a SOC Analyst or Network Engineer role where I can keep learning every day.
